What is the return and exchange policy?
All sales are final and there is no refund. If you can’t make one of the intensives due to illness, death in your immediate family or a sudden tragedy, please contact us and we will roll over your payment to the next Vision Intensive of your choice.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Give at least 48 hours to receive a welcome email and intensives instructions.
Do you allow recording at the intensive?
We will have professional recording at the intensive. We ask all participants to please refrain from doing any video or audio recording via cell phone, tablets, Facebook Live, Snapchat, Twitter, Instagram or on small or large digital recording devices. We want you to be in the moment and enjoy the experience not worrying about recording. We’ve got it covered. Thank you in advance for understanding.
Do you allow photography?
Yes, please take all the selfies you want. We would love to see them…please share at #bygarvos.
How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?
The third party checkout process is powered by Braintree and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. This site does have a secure certificate lock via our internet host. We don’t store your credit card information on our site. Your payment goes through the secure PayPal site. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
